Craving time and space to deepen your yoga practice? Then this is for you.
This 90 minute yoga class will feature yoga philosophy, pranayama, asana and meditation to clear stuck emotion and access inner wisdom.
Laura is a Yoga Teacher and Wellness Consultant specialising in holistic practices for emotional healing and resilience. Her teaching is rooted in Forrest yoga, featuring long pose holds and strong sequences designed for emotional healing that centre conscious connection to breath and body.
This class is trauma-informed, welcoming of all bodies, and adapted for all levels. Get in touch with your needs.
Note that the studio is accessed via stairs and this class will feature music.
What to bring: This is not an equipped studio, so please bring your own yoga mat, blocks and props (if you have them), and a bottle of water.
Location and arrival: The studio is located downstairs at Juice Jar at 68 Queens Rd, Bristol BS8 1QU. Please arrive 10 minutes before class time to check in and get settled.
