Hi, I’m Laura…

I’m a consultant, coach, and yoga teacher, and I help women heal from burnout and corporate trauma through connection to their bodies, brains, and community.

With a 10-year career in engineering and construction, I’ve experienced first hand the unique challenges that women face – especially in male dominated industries – and I’ve discovered tools and practices to overcome those challenges.

I combine my experience as a corporate leader with holistic healing practices like mediation, somatics, and yoga, to create integrative solutions that help my clients THRIVE in work and life.
